 Why restorative yoga? Simply( or maybe not so simple)…to achieve a deeper awareness of what it feels like to be in your own body. To find a deeper love and appreciation for the uniqueness of your own body.


It is a practice of connecting mind and body. A practice of self discovery. This practice creates space and opportunity for curiosity, self exploration, and self awareness. 

We do this using our breath to focus and settle the mind, connect breath to movement, and ultimately breath in stillness to experience samadhi (bliss).

We turn it over, we surrender.
