Meet Keli

Certified Health Coach & Nutrition Expert

Hi, I'm Keli! I am a 500-hour yoga teacher, nutrition & empowerment coach, as well as a hair stylist of over 20 years. (I know right!) Working in the hair industry for over 20 years, I spent so much time that I am so grateful for, not just doing hair, but  sharing life changing events with my clients, offering support, solutions, and advice as well as being an advocate for wellness and self care. I felt incredibly called not only to take a look at my own wellness and self care practices, but diving way deeper into helping others with their own, not just behind the chair.

 

I had to first turn my attention inward and take some real action towards my own self healing journey.

As a Lifestyle and Nutritional Coach I continue to live my  purpose by sharing how using a diet rich in nutrient-dense superfoods in combination with an intentional restorative yoga practice offers a sacred opportunity to experience deep healing and raise your inner vibrancy.

Yoga + Superfoods

After struggling for years with the intense challenges of addiction, and disordered eating I understood first-hand the importance of utilizing practices of Yoga, meditation, and other tools of self-discovery in addition to using optimal nutrition as a means to heal and experience the peace that lies within.

 

While on  my search for physical and spiritual healing having explored various approaches for lifestyle transformation, I found my way, to Yoga in 2010 followed by  having a spiritual awakening on a Holistic Superfood Retreat in the middle of the California desert where I was  introduced to the power of plant-based superfoods and earth-based medicines. It was at that moment I realized caring for my body by fueling it with nutrient dense foods and mindful movement was my  path to healing myself body, mind, and spirit.

 

As soon as I returned from the retreat, I  was on a mission to share what I had experienced with the world. I enrolled in the 200 hour Teacher Training Program at Moksha Yoga shortly after and became a Certified Yoga Instructor. Following with a deep dive into my training as a 500hr RYT at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago. Adding specialized training in Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra.

 

I believe that the pace and gentleness of Restorative Yoga, breath, and meditation, coupled with holistic superfoods, and clean nutrition is the perfect place to begin to experience our own inner peace and to embark on the journey of healing. When working with me , you can expect to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to come as you are. I enjoy a playful, lighthearted approach to create a space where you can take time to steady your mind, heal your heart, and connect to the transformational power that lies within.

Feeling Empowered

Coaching didn't come from the outside, it came from the inside. It came from a need to express myself and my creativity with no boundaries and filters, to share the amazing things I've learned during my own journey, and to guide others through their own path towards becoming a happier, healthier, more authentic version of themselves. It came from a place of abundance, and deep understanding that my life purpose is to serve others in any way possible.


I invite you to seek an authentic presence that reminds us to smile, to get excited about things that light you up, use our discomforts as our compass, and to embrace our own personal journeys of transformation no matter what they look like.
