Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
â…“ cup maple syrup
Dark Chocolate Chips (vegan)
3 tablespoons Nut Butter of choice
1.5 tsp vanilla
½ cup gluten free oats
Pink Salt
Preparation
Blend dry oats in a food processor (or blender).
Drain chickpeas and add all other ingredients (EXCEPT THE CHOCOLATE)
to the food processor and blend until it is like dough consistency.
Once blended add chocolate chips and stir in by hand.
Spoon out onto a greased baking sheet and shape the cookies as you'd like them.Â
Pro Tip:
These do not rise and spread like traditional cookies, how you put them in is how that comes out. So if you like a flat round cookie pat it and shape it flat and round.
Bake at 350 for 25 mins…ENJOY
