THE CAHUITA COSTA RICA VIBES

Cahuita is located on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.

We love this area because of the cool vibe and because the Caribbean Sea side of Costa Rica typically has far fewer tourists than the Pacific coast.

​

Cahuita is a fairly small town, it is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days. With an Afro Caribbean vibe, delicious Caribbean cuisine, beautiful beaches, and an amazing national park.

​

Join us March 29-April 5 2025 for an unforgettable experience alongside a like-minded community.

We'll be staying at Goddess Garden Eco Resort, nestled where the rainforest meets the Caribbean Sea.

​

All reservations include nourishing meals, daily morning meditation, breathwork, and yoga asana. Dive deeper with movement practices, music, mantras and sacred cacao-medicine ceremonies. Goddess inspired workshops to connect to your divine feminine essence, and embark on excursions to indigenous reserves to honor the richness of life, culture, and tradition.

This retreat promises an enriching experience for all.

Daily Schedule (keepin it loose)

SATURDAY, MARCH 29

Arrive to SJO airport and meet group between

10am- 1pm

  • 2:00pm Group transport departs from SJO to The Goddess Garden Eco Retreat (est. 4.5 hour trip)

  • 7:00pm Arrive to Goddess Garden

  • 7:30pm Organic, locally sourced dinner prepared by the chef

  • 8:30pm Opening + Welcome Circle

SUNDAY, MARCH 30 – FRIDAY, APRIL 4

  • 6:30 AM: Coffee, tea, Superfood Juices and Fruit

  • 7:00-9:00 AM: Meditation + Breathwork  with guided instruction + Morning Movement / Asana

  • 9:30 AM: Fresh, local, organic community brekkie 

  • 10:30 AM: Goddess Workshop / Breathwork 

  • 1:30 PM: Lunch at Goddess Garden

  • 3:00 PM: Free time, workshop OR scheduled tour, beach day, creative block, pool time, hiking, exploration, or additional optional activities....structure but also whatever you want,    this is YOUR trip!

  • 5:00 PM Walk to the beach for Sunset, Gentle Asana or Ceremony

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner

  • 8 PM: Free time OR Restorative Yoga

a little about your guides

Keli and Rachel met on a pilgrimage in India in early 2024, where they chanted, discovered a deepened spirituality, and ate their way from New Delhi to Mumbai! You know when you connect with someone instantly and just know.

It was like that. Sisters. Here are a few pics of their "heart poses" all along the way!

Keli began her yoga journey in 2010 seeking healing and peace. A life-changing Holistic Superfood Retreat sparked her passion for yoga, mindful movement, and earth-based wellness. She deepens her practice annually in South India and as a RYT-500, holds certifications in Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and cacao ritual facilitation.

With a playful and supportive approach, Keli creates a safe space for growth, healing, and transformation, helping you reconnect with your inner goddess.

rachel mcgarry

Rachel is a Canadian mantra artist, yoga teacher (RYT-1000), and Reiki/sound healing practitioner, celebrated for her soulful melodies and inspiring performances. Her music, including her acclaimed second album SHE RISES, draws on the Divine Feminine, to create a pathway to healing, inner strength, and connection to sacred power.

Her journey with the Goddess began over 15 years ago, guiding her to support women to reclaim their voices, and connect with the Divine Feminine in profound and transformative ways.

how to get there?

The Goddess Garden Eco Retreat is located on The Caribbean Coast in Cahuita, a small town 25 miles south of Limon. San José International Airport (airport code SJO) is the closest international airport, approximately 4.5 hour drive from Cahuita.

​

Group Transportation to + from SJO airport is included with your reservation.

​

Shuttle will leave SJO airport at 2:00pm CDT 3/29

Shuttle will return to SJO airport by 2:00pm CDT 4/5

(this is a general time frame give or take and we will be sure to take into account delays and any unforeseen flight changes....no stress we got you!)

​

*Please schedule your flights accordingly.

​

Many people choose to fly in a day early to break up the trip and stayed an extra day in San Jose to rest.

We will have recommendations upon request.

Free shuttles run to and from various hotels close by the airport.

Early arrival to CR does not mean early transport to the retreat center.  

 

Everyone will meet at the airport to catch the van to the retreat center. Everyone will meet outside at the airport cafe Malinche and will make sure ALL are safely on the van and headed to paradise!

For those who prefer to arrive to the retreat center on their own apart from the group, we can arrange for a private car to drive you. Which will cost an extra $210 or

You can book a small domestic flight from San Jose to local airport in Limon for about $200 round trip. This offers a shorter travel time from San Jose to Goddess Garden

Deposit + Payment Plans

  • $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space. The remaining amount of your reservation may be split into 2 payments.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, as are all payments

​

  • No holds without a deposit. This retreat will sell out. If you’re committed, please put your deposit down.​

​

  • Full balance must be paid by March 1, 2025                                          (early bird pricing paid in full by 12/31/2024)

​

  • Credit card payments are available for remaining balance. 4% transaction fee will be applied

​

 

Refund Policy

There is a strict no refund policy on all retreat payments. However, should you be unable to attend your reservation is transferable to a friend or family member.
